The NAIC has been hard at work developing new regulatory guidelines for insurance companies. This session will review the more substantive statutory accounting and reporting changes in place for 2024. In addition, a list of all statement and risk-based capital revisions will be provided, even those not covered in the session. The discussion will include the Securities Valuation Office’s (SVO) announcement for delaying the implementation of modeling of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other substantial SVO policy changes.
