How do I log in to access OnDemand courses I have purchased?

To access OnDemand courses you have already purchased, log in to your NESCPA account and click My OnDemand CPE under My CPE.

There is a 5 minute tutorial on how to use the OnDemand website. This tutorial is not required but helpful.

What's the difference between buying a course versus a subscription?

You can buy an individual self-study course and watch it through OnDemand at any time, or you can purchase an unlimited subcription and select from more than 100 courses in A&A, tax, ethics, and technology. Individual courses are available for 90 days from purchase. Subscriptions are available through Dec. 31 in the year of purchase.

When will I have access to my OnDemand course or subscription?

Your access to OnDemand begins within an hour of the purchase of your course or subscription.

How do I watch a course once I am in OnDemand?

Once you are in the OnDemand site, navigate to the course you are interested in, then click Enroll in the top right corner. Once enrolled, you can begin viewing immediately or go to My Courses to activate later.

How do I continue watching a course I previously started?

You can continue watching any of your courses through the My Courses page available in the top left corner of the OnDemand site.

How do I purchase unlimited access to OnDemand?

View details and purchase an unlimited subscription to OnDemand here.

Can I take OnDemand as a non-member?

Yes, you may purchase as many individual courses as you desire or buy an unlimited subscription to OnDemand, both at slightly higher rates than a member.

What is included in an OnDemand subscription?

An OnDemand subscription gives you unlimited access to all OnDemand courses. You also will be able to access any new OnDemand courses that are added during your subscription period. To enroll in individual courses once a subscription is purchased go to the OnDemand website.

After I purchase an OnDemand course, how many days do I have to watch it?

After purchasing an individual OnDemand course, you will have up to 90 days after the date of purchase to complete the course and take the exam.

Those with an unlimited OnDemand subscription have full access to all courses through Dec. 31 in the year of purchase.

Where do I download my Certificate of Completion for OnDemand courses?

Certificates of Completion are available within the OnDemand menu in the top left corner. Once a course has been completed and the exam passed, the certificate will post the following business day.

How do I avoid taking the same course twice?

You can check your listing of completed courses within the OnDemand menu in the top left corner. Click on Certificates of Completion to view the status of all of your courses.

What should I do if I'm having trouble logging in?

Go to the NE OnDemand site, click Sign In using your email address as your username. Click "Forgot Your password?" to validate your email address and create a new password.

Which states accept my OnDemand courses for CPE credit?

All Nebraska OnDemand courses are NASBA approved, so they are accepted for CPE credit in all states.

How long is the course video available once I complete the exam?

The course video will remain available for the duration of your OnDemand subscription. For single-course purchases, the video will remain available for the 90-day period of purchase. If a course becomes outdated, it may be taken down. If you are enrolled in a course that is scheduled to be taken down, you will have 90 days to complete the course.

Are OnDemand courses considered interactive?

Yes, OnDemand courses qualify as interactive individual/self-study. NASBA-approved individual study courses qualify under this standard.

Do I have to answer the review questions?

Yes. In order to activate the final exam questions, you must first complete the review questions that appear during the course video. Once the course video is complete, you will be able to take the final exam.

How do I retake the interactive questions?

There is no need to retake the review questions. You have two attempts to correctly answer each review question. After that, the correct answer is immediately provided with a brief explanation of the answer.

How long do I have to take the final exam?

You can take the exam as many times as you need within your valid subscription period or within 90 days of the single-course purchase to earn a passing grade of 70%.

What is the cancellation policy for OnDemand?

Our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience with our OnDemand course system. If you have any concerns about our services at any time, please contact us at 402-476-8482 or society@nescpa.org.

Individual Course Registrations
If you are dissatisfied with an OnDemand course for which you have registered, let us know prior to completing the final exam and we will provide you a full credit to register for any of our other OnDemand course offerings. We cannot offer refunds or credit for courses where you have received CPE credit.

Unlimited Subscriptions
Unlimited access to OnDemand requires a subscription. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may cancel within the first 30 days, if you have not received any CPE credit. No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested more than 30 days after purchase.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time for failure to pay any outstanding amounts due.
