Employee stock ownership plans are the quintessential ownership transfer tool - no other exit strategy provides the economic and tax benefits that are available to the selling stockholder and the Company that an ESOP offers. The course is an introduction to employee stock ownership plans and will provide the participant with the knowledge they need to assist their clients in this area.
