2010 courses have been scheduled at various locations. The facilities are listed below. Please refer to the Conference / CPE Calendar for the exact location of the course.
Lodging Arrangements: Blocks of sleeping rooms at reduced rates have been reserved for the conferences and various CPE courses for participants on a first-come, first-reserved basis. The rooms will be released three weeks prior to the conference/course dates by the hotels.
