Navigating Nebraska's New Sick Leave Law
Overview
On June 5, 2025, Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen signed LB 415 into law, clarifying and amending the Nebraska Healthy Families and Workplace Act passed by voters in November 2024. The Act requires most Nebraska employers to provide earned paid sick time to their employees, with the law taking effect October 1, 2025. This one-hour webcast will break down the key provisions of the law and outline employer responsibilities to help ensure compliance. You’ll gain practical insights to support your organization and clients through implementation, along with answers to common questions and real-world examples to guide you through the changes ahead.
