Senior Tax Accountant

Kutak Rock LLP is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join its Finance and Accounting team in Omaha, NE.  This role plays a pivotal role managing a wide range of filings including Federal, State, and local taxes for the 19 offices the firm has across the country and interacts with all areas of the Finance & Accounting department, as well as with firm attorneys and staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of corporate or public accounting experience and/or 4+ years of corporate tax accounting experience
• A comprehensive understanding of complex accounting, tax compliance, and reporting
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
